Mass Dreams
by Berta Friestadt.
Berta was a regional winner
of our 06/07 Undiscovered Authors competition.
The inspiration for this cover came from a photograph
taken by one of Berta's friends, and our designers
put a modern slant on it by creating an original
illustration. Berta loves it and we think it
does justice to the rich and layed beauty of
Berta's writing.

Harold the
King by Helen Hollick
Originally published with Random House, when
Helen asked us to re-publish this title with
a brand new cover, our brief was to create an
impressive and eyecatching cover suitable for
such an epic historical tale.
Helen has been widely published in the mainstream
arena and is delighted with this cover, she
has even whispered to us that it is her favourite
of all of her covers so far...

Thermogenesis
by Sally Ann Voak
With 48 non-fiction mainstream
published books under her belt. Sally relished
the prospect of being in control of the deisgn
of her first fiction book and being able to
pour her exuberant personality into the look
and feel of her book. By working with our designers
to incorporate original illustrations with modern
photos, we think the end result with it's bold
colours and eycatching imagery makes this book
really stand out on the bookshelves.

The Prince and The Doctor by Peter
Sheppard
Our designers really enjoyed working on this
challenging project. We wanted to create a
cover that would really draw the reader into
the world of cricket and it's history.By combining
the author's original photographs with contemporary
images, we think it gives a potential reader
a great insight into the book's subject matter.
